Join us & Let’s Make Some Mead together!
To begin, we will review different types of meads as well as different levels of sweetness desired, but in this class we will make an actual batch of mead together! (This is a continuation of the Magic of Mead Making, but you are not required to have gone to the first class in order to benefit from this one!)
If you want to go home with your own batch, Christine will be offering a limited supply of “Mead Kits” for $25 (to be paid directly to Christine) so you can take home your own batch!
Included in the kit: a one gallon jar, drilled lid, airlock, yeast, nutrient and 4lbs of Wildflower Honey. (please indicate you want a kit when you order your ticket) Feel free to bring fruits and/or herbs you might like to add.
