This will be an interactive workshop covering topics such as where food comes from, how to grow a garden, anatomy of a plant, and tools needed to plant. This will be followed by actually planting vegetables/herbs on the farm. Information will be presented in multi-sensory format, meeting the needs of different learning styles.
Come with your children and learn how to plant and harvest with physical therapist/homeopath practitioner, Chana Lazaroff.

Come spend your Sunday morning on the farm with the entire family. Change up your routine and enjoy time spent outdoors working the garden, collecting nature's bounty, and taking in the beauty of spring. Guided gardening activities and nature arts & craft will be offered. All children will have a special treasure to bring home.
Pre-registration is strongly recommended so we can make sure to have sufficient materials for your child.
Price: $20 for Family with 1 child, $40 for families with 2 + children.

Take a walk at the farm with Forager & Naturalist Paul Tappenden. He will show you all the amazing plants that were NOT planted by the farmer :)
In addition to a lovely day at the farm, Paul will give you a myriad of ideas on how to eat or use these "weeds."
