We had an AMAZING time at our annual fundraising event… The Twilight Dinner!

Table1.jpg

The 4th Annual Twilight Dinner at Cropsey Community Farm - was served here on the soil which nourishes & grows the delicious vegetables we harvest each year.  The many leaders and supporters of local agriculture gathered for a twilight evening in the peach orchard, featuring incredible local flavors cooked up by Brian Holbach of Rockland Roots, inspiring conversation about the future of farming, and a breathtaking panoramic view of the fields.

Cocktails, appetizers, and entrees were served in a rustic setting, spread among the wildflowers in Cropsey Community Farm's peach orchard from 5pm to 8pm. All proceeds from the dinner will go to the preservation and revitalization of local farmland and our continued development of sustainable farming, as well as health and environmental education for the community.

We would like to recognize key support which has been integral to our success: John Reynolds Construction, Forsite Landscaping, Valvo Electric and our honoree for this year – Rockland County Solid Waste Management Authority.
